DTF Gang Sheet is a browser gang sheet maker from Abhishek Products, a DTF print shop in Secunderabad, India. Artwork stays on this device. We used the layout engine on our own print jobs in an in-house tool first. The public website started on 14/09/26.

Before the public website, we ran the layout engine on our own print jobs in an in-house tool. Designs stayed on that computer. The job was the same as today: set copies, match the film width, combine the sheet, and send a file to the RIP.
Grid lays upright rows. Super Compact rotates copies to pack tighter on the same panel. One dated proof: on 10/09/26 the same 1 m × 1 m panel held 124 upright copies and 148 angled copies (+24 copies, +19% copies). Observed on a Spec 112 nest job (10/09/26), not a re-run of today’s Super Compact in the app. Results vary by artwork.
Keep the engine honest: count copies on a named job, not film saved.
On 14/09/26 we opened a public website so other shops could use the same engine in a browser. Login is phone OTP or email. Signed-in users without an active key get five watermark-free downloads per month — no DGS key for that allowance. A paid key unlocks unlimited downloads. Signed-out or after the allowance, download is a watermarked DEMO.
The first days rewrote the shell, not the pack math. Full-viewport chrome put Gang and Download in reach. Light paint replaced a dark look — shops run this under shop lights, and the operating system must not flip the page. Copies and print width sit on the tile. Login stays phone first.
Typed Export DPI is the file you get, or export stops. A progress lightbox replaced a silent wait. Long jobs use Download · N (folder or ZIP, up to ten pages). Filler (Off / To length / Pockets only) fills leftover film. Paper sheets sit next to roll presets. A 390-wide layout densifies the same controls. A key binds to an account and ends on a real date.
Throw away chrome that fights the shop floor. Keep the file print-accurate.
Dated shop gains. Screenshots are reconstructions from git, not photos from the day.
We will keep gang and export honest: art on this device, typed DPI, and a clear stop when a job cannot finish.
We will keep answering shops on WhatsApp and email, and refine the app from real print jobs, not a dated roadmap.

Yes. The public site started on 14/09/26. We still add gang and export work. No dated public roadmap.
The app runs in the browser so artwork never uploads. Chrome 120+ on a desktop is primary.
Shops run this under shop lights. On 14/09/26 we painted the app light. The operating system must not flip it to dark.
No. Each shot is reconstructed from a git commit on 20/09/26. The caption names the commit.
