22 inch DTF gang sheet

A 22-inch DTF gang sheet is a 22-inch printable width for combining designs. DTF Gang Sheet prepares that layout locally in the browser.

• What is it? A 22-inch (558.8 mm) printable width for combining DTF designs.
• Who is it for? Shops running 22-inch film, including many US and export printers.
• What does it do? Prepares a 22-inch gang locally, then you export.
• What does it export? One PNG, JPG, or SVG. At 300 DPI the roll is 6600 px wide.
• Where does processing happen? In the browser on this device.
• What does it not do? It does not replace your RIP or claim every 22-inch printer.

Quick specs

22 inch = 558.8 mm. At 300 DPI that width is 6600 px wide. Default gap is 3 mm. Pixels depend on the Export DPI you enter.

What 6600 px means

22 × 300 = 6600 pixels across the roll at 300 DPI. A different Export DPI changes the pixel width. Do not read 6600 px as a fixed file size.

Other widths

13 inch and 24 inch are also presets. 60 cm is a separate page for Indian 600 mm film. A4, A3, and 12×18 suit small-format sheet work.

Long jobs and this browser

Short jobs download one PNG or JPG at the Export DPI you enter. Long jobs split into up to 10 pages — Download · N saves a folder or ZIP. More than 10 pages or a design too tall for one sheet stops the gang. A weak device may fail closed and ask for a desktop.
